Pendant les entraînements réguliers, la taille où la ceinture est serrée est de 85 cm, mais actuellement, je l'utilise en le divisant en différentes tailles en fonction du trou, commençant par le trou le plus grand, qui est le 5ème ou le 6ème trou. Par rapport à la ceinture à action levier de 10 mm de large, elle semble plus stable et je l'aime vraiment.
